摘要
目的 : 寻找更好的祛除白癜风患区表皮的方法。方法 : 40例稳定期白癜风患者随机分为高频电灼组和负压吸疱组各 2 0例。两组分别用高频电灼法及加压负压吸疱法去白斑区表皮。结果 : 高频电灼法表皮移植 136区的总有效率为 93%,与负压吸疱组相比无显著性差异。结论 : 高频电灼法简便、快速、适用范围广。
Objective: To search for a better method to remove the epidermis in vitiligo lesions for epidermal autografting.Methods: Forty patients with stable vitiligo were divided randomly into the high-frequency electrocautery group and the suction blister group. High-frequency electrocautery and suction blister were applied respectively to the affected epidermis. Results: The total efficacy in the high-frequency electorcautey was 93%, which did not show a significant difference compared with the suction blister group. Conclusion: The high-frequency electrocautery method is simple, quick and with wide indication.
