摘要
本文主要介绍以脱脂大豆蛋白粉为主要原料,经降解处理后,加入不同的高分子改性剂和助剂,制得的纸—玻璃粘贴用的豆蛋白标签粘合剂。这种粘合剂不仅适合现代快速自动贴标机贴标,耐水(15～0℃)达72小时以上,而且在热水(65℃以上)中脱标容易,便于回收旧瓶。
A soya protein bonding agent for bonding labels to glass has been developed by using degreased soya protein powedr as main material and. adding different polymer modifiers and assistants in it after it has been degraded. This bonding agent is not only suitable for modern high speed labelling machine, being resistant to water (150℃)for about 72h,but also convenient for labels to fall off the bottles in hot water (above 65℃), so it is convenient to retrieve the used bottles.
