激光瞳孔成形术在白内障摘除术后的应用

Laser Pupilloplasty in Patients after Cataract Extraction

目的总结激光瞳孔成形术处理白内障摘除术后瞳孔变形、上移的激光手术方法及疗效。方法对120眼白内障摘除术后(其中116眼植入后房人工晶体)的激光瞳孔成形术进行回顾性分析。单纯Nd∶YAG激光瞳孔括约肌切开32眼;单纯氪激光瞳孔成形术21眼;氪激光联合Nd∶YAG激光瞳孔形成术67眼。观察治疗后视力、瞳孔变化及有关并发症。结果120眼中视力提高>2行占90.8%。所有病例都能暴露出视轴区,手术并发症少,且操作易于控制。结论激光瞳孔成形术疗效肯定,操作安全,是改善白内障摘除术后瞳孔变形、缩小,提高视力的一种理想方法。

Objective To investigate the methods and effective treatment of laser pupilloplasty in discoria or updrawn pupils afte r cataract extraction.Methods A total of 120eyes(102cases)underwent pupilloplasty.From them32eyes were treated by Q -switched Nd∶YAG laser.Twenty one eyes were treated b y krypton laser.Sixty seven eyes underwent combined Nd∶YAG and krypton l asers.Results Vision was improved more than two lin es in 109eyes(90.8%).Optical axis was exposed in every ca se.There were no serious complications.Conclusion It is a safe,efficacious and simple p rocedure to treat discoria or updraw n pupil after cataract extraction.
