Q-开关紫翠宝石激光治疗色素性疾病的副反应及相关因素分析

Side Effects and Correlated Factors of Q-switched Alexandrite Laser Treatment in Skin Pigment Abnormalities

目的观察Q-开关紫翠宝石激光治疗皮肤色素性疾病所致的副反应及其相关因素。方法回顾性分析500例患者经Q-开关紫翠宝石激光治疗后的副反应及其与疾病种类、治疗次数,治疗能量的关系。结果500例接受治疗的患者中发生副反应者49例(9.8%),其中暂时性色素沉着36例(7.2%),暂时性色素减退11例(2.2%),永久性色素减退1例(0.2%),萎缩性瘢痕1例(0.2%)。出现副反应与疾病种类、治疗次数无关,与治疗能量有关。结论副反应的出现与激光治疗本身没有特异性关系,随治疗能量的增加副反应发生率上升。Q-开关紫翠宝石激光治疗皮肤色素性疾病无连续激光治疗后所致的增生性瘢痕、持续性色素沉着等副反应,用于治疗皮肤色素性疾病是安全的。

Objective To investigate the side effects and c orrelated factors of Q-switched Ale xandrite laser treatment in the skin pigment abnor-malities.Methods The relationship between the side effects and the kinds of diseases,the frequency of treatment and the en ergy was analyzed by reviewing 500cases after Q-switc hed Alexandrite laser treatment.Results There were 49cases(9.8%)which occurred side effects from 500received treatment patients.From 49cases temporary pig-mentation was occurred in 32cases(7.2%),temporary hypopigmentation in 11c ases(2.2%),pernament hypopigmenation in 1case(0.2%),and atrophic scar in 1case(0.2%).Occurrence of side effects has noth ing to do with the kinds of diseases an d the frequency of treatment,it has something to do with the energy of treatment.Conclusions There is no special relationship between the side effects and the laser it self,besides the side effects are in creased after the energy of treatment inhancing.T he side effects such as the hyperplastic scar,and continuous pigmentation which happened after continuous laser are not seen in patients after Q-switched Alexandrite l aser treatment,the latter is safe fo r treating skin pigment abnor-malities.
