摘要
目的 :验证ADAC逆向调强治疗计划系统的物理精度。方法 :用胶片和电离室 ,检测IMRT的MLC形状、空间点的绝对吸收剂量和等剂量曲线。结果 :IMRT的MLC形状符合度误差 1mm ,空间点绝对吸收剂量与计划计算的误差 3 6 % ,等剂量曲线分布的胶片测量结果与计划计算的很接近。结论 :ADAC逆向治疗计划系统符合临床要求。
Objective To validate the physical precision of inverse intensity modulated radiation therapy planning system through a series of clinical case studies.Methods By using films and ionization chamber,the shape and size of MLC were confirmed,the absolute absorb dose in the defined space point was measured and isodose curve was compaired.The precision of the inverse intensity modulated radiation therapy planning system was validated.Results The error in the shape and size of MLC was less than 1 mm.The error between the measured dose and predicted dose was 3 6%.The isodose distribution (on axial plane) measured by the film was consistent with the predicted one.Conclusions The intensity modulated radiation therapy planning system accords with clinical request.
