Sythesis of Methylethylketoximo-Methoxy Silanes and their Uses in Silicone Sealant/Adhesive

用酯交换方法合成了新型单组份室温硫化硅橡胶的交联剂——酮肟基甲氧基·甲基硅烷。使用这种交联剂的有机硅密封胶粘剂和以往的酮肟型单组份室温硫化硅橡胶比较有更高的粘接强度和更快的固化速度。

A new crosslinking agent,methylethylketoximo- methoxy silane,used in one component room tempera- ture vulcanizable(RTV)silicone rubber have been sythe- sized with ester exchange technique.The silicone sealant/ adhesive using this crosslinking agent possesses higher bonding property and more quick curing speed than coventional ketoxime crosslinking one component RTV silicone rubber.
