摘要
目的 观察鼻炎敏治疗变态反应性鼻炎大鼠细胞因子及鼻粘膜组织形态学变化。方法 用卵清蛋白致敏大鼠制成变应性鼻炎动物模型 ,将鼻炎敏灌胃给药 ,用放射免疫法测定血清中细胞因子IL 2 ,IL 4浓度 ;观察鼻粘膜组织形态学变化。结果 药物治疗组血清IL 2含量明显高于模型组 ,其差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;药物治疗组血清中IL 4含量明显低于模型组 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;光镜和电镜观察发现 ,模型组鼻粘膜有大量嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞浸润 ,并伴肥大细胞脱颗粒 ;用药组及空白对照组则无上述改变。结论 鼻炎敏滴鼻剂可使变应性鼻炎大鼠血清IL 2 ,IL 4浓度指标逆转 ,并抑制炎症细胞在鼻粘膜的汇聚 。
Objective To study the influence of Biyanmin (rhinitis remedy) on serum concentration of Cytokine in allergic rhinitis model and the morphologic changes under light microscope.Methods Establish allergic rhinitis model of rat by injecting OVA,measure the serum concentration of IL-2,IL-4,by radio immuno assay,and observe the nose mucosa by light microscope.Results Serum IL-2 in therapy group are higher than in model group that markedly(P<0.05),serum IL-4 in therapy group are lower than that in model group that markedly(P<0.05); Under light microscope,in the morphology of nose mucosa in allergic rhinitis model,there are a lot of eosinophils and mast cells infiltration and there is mast cells degranulation.In bland contrast group and therapy group,there is no eosinophils and mast cells filtration.Conclusion This result suggests that in allergic rhinitis animal,the cellular factors have the variance,and this variance can reverse after Biyanmin therapy.This result suggests that Biyanmin can restain the assembling of inflammatory cells in nose mucosa in allergic rhinitis rat,stabilize membrane of cells and prevent the edema of tissue.
