前髁上皮瓣的临床研究

Clinical study of anterior superior malleolus flap

目的 介绍小腿部一个新型皮瓣。方法 临床应用胫前动脉髁上皮支为蒂的前髁上皮瓣修复4例手部皮肤缺损。1例为带蒂皮瓣,3例为游离皮瓣。皮瓣切取的面积最大为16cm×10 cm,最小为12 cm×6 cm。结果 4例皮瓣全部存活。术后随访3个月至半年,皮瓣色泽、质地、厚度均良好。结论 前髁上皮瓣是一个新型皮瓣。具有皮肤质地薄,取皮面积较大,解剖容易等优点。特别适合于手、足皮肤缺损的修复。

Objective To report a new flap at the leg. Methods Four cases of flap pedicled with superior malleolus cutaneous branch of the anterior tibial artery were done clinically. One case was designed as a pedicled flap, the others as free flaps. The maximum area of the flaps was 16 cm × 10cm, and the minimum was 12 cm × 6 cm. Results All surgical flaps were survived. Follow-up ranged from 3 to 6 months after operation. The appearance, quality and thickness of the flap were satisfactory. Conclusion The anterior superior malleolus flap is a new flap with advantages of thin texture, large area and easy dissection. It is especially indicated for coverage of skin defects in the hand and fool.
