摘要
目的研究Ki67、FasL在食管癌中的表达以及其在肿瘤发生、发展中的意义。方法取新鲜食管癌标本31例,应用间接免疫荧光流式细胞术测定Ki-67及FasL,并与正常食管组织进行比较。结果Ki-67和FasL在食管癌中的表达分别为:24.38%±10.60%和4.69%±0.53%,而在正常食管组织的表达为2.40%±1.42%和2.88%±0.32%,两组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.01),Ki-67和FasL在食管癌组织及正常食管组织中的表达均呈正相关(分别为r1=0.21,P<0.05和r2=0.52,P<0.01)。结论Ki-67和FasL的表达和功能异常,可导致细胞过度增殖,凋亡障碍,以至发展成肿瘤。
Objective To study the expressions of Ki-67and FasL in esophagus carcinoma and their significance in tumor development and progression.Methods Using indirect-immuno-fluorescence flow cytometry,expression of Ki -67and FasL were detected and compared in31patients with esophagus carcinoma and31normal person.Results The levels of Ki-67and FasL were24.38%±10.60%and4.69%±0.53%in cancer group,2.40%±1.42%and2.88%±0.32%in normal group,and there were significant difference between these two groups(P<0.01).The expression s of Ki-67and FasL all had positive correlation between cancer group and normal group(r 1 =0.21,P<0.05;r 2 =0.52,P<0.01).Conclusion The abnormal expression and function of Ki -67and FasL might result in overproliferation of cell,interruption of apoptosis,even the formation of neoplasm.
