臀大肌肌瓣推移填塞治疗骶骨脊索瘤切除术后脑脊液漏

Gluteus maximus pushing flap in treatment of the cerebrospinal fluid leakage caused by amputation of sacral chordoma

目的:探讨骶骨肿瘤切除后引起脑脊液漏的治疗方法。方法:构建一侧臀大肌肌瓣推移填塞治疗骶骨脊索瘤切除后所并发的脑脊液漏。结果:共治疗5例患者,都获得成功。随访3年,均无任何神经症状及严重的下肢功能障碍,骶尾部基本恢复正常的生理弧度。结论:臀大肌肌瓣推移填塞对骶骨脊索瘤切除所遗留的腹膜后残腔与术后并发的脑脊液漏均是较好的治疗方法。

Objective:To study and introduce a therapy for cerebrospinal fluid leakage caused by surgical treatment of sacral chordoma.Method:Gluteus maximus pushing flap was designed to deal with cerebrospinal fluid leakage caused by surgical treatment of sacral chordoma.Result:All of five cases with cerebrospinal fluid leakage was succsussfully cured after using the flap.Followed up three years,all of them did not have any nervous disorder or serious dysfuction of the leg,and their arch shape of the sacrococyx restored again in a degree.Conclution:By gluteus maximus flap,we enable the successful reconstruction of the posterior peritoneal defect and obliterate cerebrospinal fluid leakage caused by surgical treatment of sacral chordoma.
