摘要
目的 :从组织病理学上对利用脱细胞的羊膜行脉络膜再血管化手术进行分析研究。方法 :利用脱细胞的羊膜组织对 8只兔眼的再血管化行手术治疗 ,分别于术后 10天、1、3、6个月摘除 2只兔的双眼 ,对其进行光镜和电镜检查。结果 :术后 1～ 6个月移植物与周围组织生长紧密 ,有较多新生血管长出 ,局部脉络膜血管扩张 ,血管周围可见异物巨细胞。结论 :利用脱细胞的羊膜组织脉络膜上腔植入行脉络膜再血管化是一种安全有效的治疗方法 ,其可以刺激新生血管生长、促进吞噬细胞聚集 。
Objective:To investigate the histopathological effect of de cyte amnion on the choroid revascularization in rabbit.Method:Experimental surgery,using de cyte amnian,was carried out on 8 rabbits for treating choroid revascularization.Eyes from 2 rabbits were removed after surgery at 10 days,one month,three monthes and half year each time and prepared for light and electron microscopy.Results:After surgery 1 to 6 monthes,the de cyte amnion flaps introduced into the supra chroidal space grew tightly with surrounding tissues,in which a moderate number of newly formed vessels was detected and the walls of new vessels had no difference from normal vascular walls in structure.The topical choroid vessels dilated,and many macrophagocytes could be detected.Conclusion:Suprachoroidal implantation of de cyte amnion for treating choroid revascularization is a safe and effective method.Histopathological study show that it can stimulate the new blood vessels formation and gathering of the macrophagocyte,and improve the blood supply of retina and choroid.
