氯化石蜡生产技术的改进

介绍了江汉油田盐化工总厂对催化法氯化石蜡生产技术进行改进的情况及应用效果。通过改进生产工艺(将光催化法、催化法、热氯化法3种生产技术有机结合起来)、仪表、安全环保设施及改造设备,确保了装置长周期、满负荷、安全、平稳地运行。改进后液蜡单耗0.509t/t,氯气单耗1.06t/t,其它如水、电、汽、碱、催化剂、稳定剂等的消耗也显著降低,产品优级品率12.42%,一级品率74.36%。

The improvement of catalytic production technology of chlorinated paraffin in Salt Chemical Industry Genernal Plant of Jianghan Oil Field was introduced as well as the practical results.The new process combined the advantages of 3 kinds of production technology,ie photocatalytic technology,catalytic technology and heat chlorination technology.The apparatus,safety and environmental protection devices,and equipment were improved.So safe and stable running of this plant with full load for a long period was ensured.After these improvements were made,the consumption of liquid wax and chlorine gas were 0.509,1.06 t/t respectively,the consumption of water,electrocity,steam,caustic soda,catalyst and stabilizer were decreased greatly,the rate of the top-rate product was 12.42%,and the rate of the first-rate product was 74.36%.
