食品添加剂磷酸钠盐装置的柔性化改造

A flexible reforming of plant for the food additive sodium phosphate production

针对近几年国内外食品级磷酸钠盐市场需求,提出了对日本引进的食品添加剂六偏磷酸钠盐装置进行多品种柔性化改造的设计思路,并总结了改造的实施过程。结果表明,改造后形成了国内第一套高品质磷酸钠盐柔性生产装置;一套生产装置可制备多达9个品种的磷酸钠盐;产品的主要质量指标均达到国家标准且产品内控物化指标符合日本销售商的要求。

In accordance with the market demand of the food additive sodium phosphate at home and abroad in recent years,a flexible reforming design for the imported plant of sodium hexametaphosphate from Japan has been put forward and executed.The results show that nine kinds of sodium phosphate can be produced in one set of this plant,and the quality of the product can reach the national standard.
