高等级催化剂用氧化铝开发的探讨

为攻克高等级催化剂用氧化铝生产工艺上的难关,并提高其相应的物理、化学指标,以半工业化试验为依据,建设性地提出了从铝酸钠溶液到高纯γ-活性氧化铝的试验原理和过程,重点论述了用无定形羟基铝直接生产高比表面积、大孔容氧化铝的途径。制备的产品在氧化钠、氧化铁、灼烧减量等杂质含量和粒度、表观密度、比表面积等物理性能方面明显优于同类进口产品的相应指标,可以取代国外同类产品在有关行业的应用。

The experimental principle and process for producing high purity activated γ-alumina from sodium aluminate solution are stated based on semi-works scale test.The way of producing directly alumina with high special surface area,large pore volume from amorphous hydroxy-aluminium is emphatically described.The performances of the product obtained,such as the content of impurities,particle size,apparent density,special surface area etc.are better than that of the imported product.This product can take place of the imported product.
