摘要
研究了蒙脱土用量和DCP交联对ABS复合材料力学性能、动态力学性能和断裂形貌的影响。结果表明 ,以ABS三单体固相接枝物作为相容剂 ,随着填料用量的增加 ,ABS复合材料的刚度提高 ;但强度、耐热性和韧性下降 ;当填料与交联剂并用时 。
The paper focused on the effect of the content of montmorillonite (MMT) and DCP crosslinking on the mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical thermal property (DMTA) and failure morphologies of ABS-based composites. The results showed that the rigidity and heat resistance of the composites enhanced, but the strength and toughness of the materials decreased with the increase of the content of MMT when ABS grafted with three types of the monomers (ABS-g-VM) used as compatibilizer. The chemical crosslinking could improve the modulus and the strength of the modified ABS when the crosslinking agent was incorporated into the plastics together with the filler.
