聚丙烯汽车保险杠专用料的研制

Preparation of Custom-made Material for Polypropylene Automobile Bumper

采用共聚聚丙烯EPR30R/EPS30R40～50份、LLDPE(0209)40～50份、POE(8150)5～10份、滑石粉5～10份、双马来酰亚胺0 1～0 5份、少量抗氧剂等助剂共混改性的方法,制备了一种性能优异、成本低廉的汽车保险杠专用料,性能满足五十铃系列轻型车的要求,已经应用在多种型号的汽车上。

A sort of automobile bumper custom-made material with good performance and low cost was made by blending propylene copolymer EPR30R/EPS30R 40～50 parts,LLDPE(0209)40～50 parts,POE(8150)5～10 parts,talc 5～10 parts,bismaleimide 0.1～0.5 parts and a little amount of antioxidant etc.The performance of the custom-made material met the criterion of Isuzu series light vehicle.It bad been used in several types of automobiles.
