摘要
根据弹性体的不同种类(EPR、EPDM、POE等)分类,概述目前几种常用的聚丙烯/弹性体/无机粒子三元复合材料,总结了复合材料力学性能的影响因素,探讨了无机粒子填充和弹性体共混后复合材料的增强增韧机理。讨论了作者对PP/POE/UCaCO3这一体系的研究结果,并详细介绍了国内外对这类三元复合材料应用开发的研究进展情况。
Several common polypropylene/elastomer/inorganic particle ternary composites are summarized according to category of elastomers(EPR,EPDM,POE etc.).The effect factors of composites are outlined,mechanisms of reinforcing and toughening by inorganic particles and elastomers are discussed.The study of PP/POE/UCaCO_3 by writer are discussed,and recent developments and applications at home and abroad are also described in detail.
