摘要
介绍了一种38V/100A 可直接并联的大功率 AC/DC 变换器。采用了有源功率因数校正技术以实现系统的高功率因数。DC/DC 主电路采用电流型 PWM 芯片 UC3846控制的半桥变换器,并提出了一种新的 IGBT 驱动电路。为了满足电源直接并联运行的需要,设计了以均流芯片 UC3907为核心的均流电路。
One kind of 38 V/100 A direct paralleling high power AC/DC converter is introduced.The high power factor of the system is implemented by means of active power factor correction technique,DC/DC main circuit uses half-bridge converter controlled by the current mode PWM control IC UC3846 and a new driving circuit for IGBT is presented.The load sharing circuit based on UC3907 is designed for direct paralleling operation.
