摘要
本文报道加用高频通气治疗哮喘持续状态的新方法,哮喘症状控制时间及住院天数均较常规治疗佳,收到满意效果,并就治疗机理进行讨论。
The paper reported the new method of treating status asthmatieus using high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV). The result showed that theraputic effect by HFJV was much better than that by routine methods in the time or day of asthmatic symptoms controlled and staying in hospital, and mechanisms on its treating status asthmatieus were discussed.
