摘要 以乙酸和异丙醇为原料通过间歇式反应精馏合成乙酸异丙酯,正交实验给出最佳合成条件为:回流比3、反应时间1.5h、乙酸与异丙醇的物质的量比1∶1.5、催化剂用量为乙酸体积2%,乙酸异丙酯的最大收率为92.8%。 The process of batch reactive distillation for the synthesis of isopropyl acetate with acetic acid and isopropyl alcohol was studied. The optimum operating conditions which were obtained through the orthogonal design were as following: the reflux ratio was 3, the mole ratio of acid to alcohol was 1∶1.5, the catalyst concentration was 2%, the reaction time was 1.5 h. the yield of isopropyl acetate was up to 92.8%.
