介绍了新型工程轮胎成型机LC-G25sd的主机折鼓装置、帘布扩导和夹持牵引装置、主传动系统、压辊装置、正反包装置、内外扣圈、型胶供料装置及电气控制系统的特点,论述了其先进性。介绍了其主要技术参数及使用效果。最后分析了一些有待进一步提高的技术问题。
Introduced the new type LG-G25sd building machine for engineering tire consisted of theproperties of the folding drum、band expanding and clamping/drawing off device、main driving system、stitching device、turn up and turn down device、inner and outer bead insert chucks、profile compo-nents servicer and electrical control system. And provided the main specifications and analyzed thefurther increased technical points.
