摘要
本文介绍了我院1973年1月至1990年7月间施行闭式二尖瓣扩张术94例,其中死亡3例,手术疗效满意。本文就病例选择,术前准备,手术径路与方法,术中、术后并发症进行了讨论。
From Jan 1973 to Jul 1990, there were 94 cases of rheumatic mitral stenosis treated with closed mitral commissurotomy,among them 3 cases died. Result of operation was satisfactory. Selection of suitable cases,preoperative preparation,surgical methods and treatment,the operative complication were discussed.
