摘要
采用了HNO3 HClO4消化样品,盐酸溶解后在酒石酸 碘化钾 抗坏血酸体系中,铅(Ⅱ)于-0.54V得到一灵敏的一阶导数吸附催化波。铅在0.025~3μg/mL范围内,峰高与铅(Ⅱ)质量浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,检出下限为0.025μg/mL。加入标准平均回收率为91.3%~105%。此方法具有灵敏、准确、快速等特点,适用于人发和食品中微量铅的测定。
Determination of lead from human hair by oscilloscopic polarography was described. Samples were digested with nitric acid- perchloric acid and dissolved in hydrochloric acid. Lead (Ⅱ) showed a sensitive absorption catalytic wave at -0.54 volt in the system of tartaric acid- potassium iodate- ascorbic acid. The peak value displayed good linear dependence with concentration of lead (Ⅱ) in the range of 0.025~3?μg/mL, with average recovery rate of 91.3%~105%. The method was sensitive, accurate, rapid and suitable for the determination of trace lead from human hair and food.
