润滑剂对PVC-U型材料加工性能的影响研究

Research on the influences of lubricant on the processing properties of PVC-U section materials

研究了5种外润滑剂(TAF、TAS-2A、TAS-2A+石蜡、石蜡及ZB-74)对PVC-U型材料流变性能及型材表面性能的影响。在保持其它条件不变的情况下,通过改变外润滑剂的用量和种类,对实验取得的扭矩和时间数据进行了分析对比,选择出了最优的润滑剂用量。结果表明:TAF、TAS-2A、TAS-2A+石蜡、石蜡及ZB-74的最佳用量分别为0.5、0.2、1.0、1.0和0.5份。

The influences of five kinds of external lubricants (i.e.TAF,TAS-2A,TAS-2A+paraffin wax,paraffin wax,and ZB-74)on the rheological properties and surface properties of (PVC-U) section materials were studied.Through adjusting the using amount and the kind of the external lubricants without changing other conditions,analyzing and comparing the obtained torsional moment and time data,the optimum using amount of lubricants were selected.The results showed that the optimum using amount of TAF,TAS-2A,TAS-2A+paraffin wax,paraffin wax and ZB-74 were (0.5,)(0.2,)1.0,1.0 and 0.5 parts respectively.
