Characteristics of special R-1000 resin for environment-friendly building materials and its processing and application

简述了上海氯碱化工股份有限公司开发的PVC树脂R-1000的合成工艺,并从PVC树脂的质量指标、颗粒特性、加工性能、VC脱吸速率及残留VC含量等方面对R-1000产品与国外同类样品进行了分析对比。分析结果表明,PVC树脂R-1000的性能已达到国际水平,充分体现出其用于硬制品挤出成型的优势。经加工应用,该公司开发的PVC树脂R-1000受到用户的欢迎和认可。

The synthesis process for R-1000 PVC resin developed by Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced briefly,and properties of R-1000 PVC resin were compared with those of similar kinds of foreign products in the aspects of quality indexes,particle characteristics,processing properties,desorption rate of vinyl chloride and residual vinyl chloride content.The results showed that the properties of R-1000 PVC resin had come up to the world standards and the R-1000 PVC resin had the advantages in applying to the extrusion production of rigid products.The R-1000 PVC resin had been accepted and approved by consumers in processing market.
