摘要
研究了以稻草为原料用水解—氧化—水解法制取草酸的工艺方法。最佳反应条件:硫酸质量分数70%;物料浸泡时间≥3h;m(硝酸)∶m(稻草)=2.1∶1;氧化—水解反应时间5h;反应温度65~70℃。草酸二水合物收率可达75.8%。
The preparation of oxalic acid from rice straw by hydrolysis-oxidation-hydrolysis was investigated in this short paper, and the optimal conditions were determined as that: the mass percent of sulphuric acid was 70% with a soak time over 3h; the mass ratio of nitric acid to straw was 2.1∶1 while the temperature was 65~70℃. The yield of oxalic acid dihydrate was 75.8%.
