摘要 总结了聚丙交酯乙交酯(PLGA)的物理化学和生物性能以及各种制备技术及应用,并综述了近年来国内外科学家们对PLGA微粒的制备和应用所作的研究,对PLGA未来发展的进一步研究提出了看法。 As a biodegradable polymeric material, PLGA has generated immense interest in drug delivery due to it good compatibility, biodegradation and mechanical strength. Considerable research has been conducted on drug delivery with PLGA. Its physical, chemical and biological characters, and the manufacturing techniques of PLGA particle are summarized. The application of these techniques on various characteristic drugs is discussed. Scientists achievements are introduced. The view on further research is put forward.
