摘要
聚乙烯醇纤维进行改性热处理形成脱水纤维,随后引入强酸阳离子交换基团可制得纤维状吸附分离功能材料。扫描电镜(SEM)图像表明,产品横截面呈腰果形且分布有大量微孔,外表面有沟槽和裂纹。测定了改性纤维的pH滴定曲线及对水溶液中钙离子的吸附性能。结果表明,该敌性纤维对自来水中钙离子的去除率达97.38%,且试验条件下去除速度明显快于732#树脂。
The strong acidic ion exchange fibers were prepared by reacting dehydrated PVA fiber with oil of vitriol. The SEM photo of the fiber indicates that there are a lot of tiny holes in the cross section (like cashew) of the product, and also grooves and cracks in the outside surface of the product. The titration curve of the product was given in this paper. The modified PVA fiber is a good absorption material for Ca2+ of tape water. The highest extraction rate could reach 97.38 % . At the same experiment condition, the absorption speed of the fiber is higher than that of No. 732 resin.
