摘要
使用新型高选择性胺化催化剂、回收再利用蒸馏残渣和废胺化催化剂后 ,每生产 1t叔胺 ,脂肪醇消耗减少至 94 0kg ,二甲胺消耗降低至 2 4 0kg ,副产物蒸馏残渣减少至 30kg ,80 %可再利用 ,反应时间缩短至 4h ,使得脂肪醇催化胺化工艺变得更加清洁。
The catalytic amination process of fatty alcohol has been improved dramatically by means of using the novel amination catalyst with excellent selectivity, recovering dialkyl methyl amine in the residue from distillation and making a full utilization of waste catalyst. For production 1 000?kg of dodecyl dimethylamine, the consumption of dodecyl alcohol and dimethylamine, the amount of distillation residue and reactive time is, respectively, not more than 940kg and 240kg,30kg and 4h. Consequently, this new process with a significant reduces of the wastes has become cleaner than ever.
