The paper firstly discusses the concept, necessity, effect and framework of enterprise integration. The enterprise integration is positioned to support the decision-maker to make the correct decision. Then the enterprise's organization and function, including the activities, desision and integrating the resource and information flow in a joint system, and evaluation criterion are given. The paper proposes the evaluation criterion of enterprise integration including integration and extension ability, description ability and decision support ability referring to other evaluation criterion.
