摘要
建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一 ,建筑业生产的产品为国民经济的发展奠定了重要的物质基础。同时 ,建筑业也是一个危险性高、易发生事故的行业 ,是国家安全生产专项治理的重点行业之一。近年来 ,建筑业安全管理的现状和建筑施工现场的诸多不安全因素影响了整个建筑业效益的提高 ,也是建筑业及建筑施工现场不能吸引高素质人才的主要原因之一。安全管理具有系统性、连续性等特点 ,本文将全面质量管理的PDCA循环模式应用于建筑安全管理 ,探讨了建筑业安全管理的全新方法及其操作过程 ,借以降低建筑安全事故率 ,提高建筑业生产率 。
Construction industry is one of the main industries in our country and its products provide the important substantial foundation for the national economy.At the same time,it is of high dangers and high accidents. This paper discusses the application of the PDAC model cycle in Total Quality Control to the safety management of construction industry so that the construction enterprises can reduce the safety accidents, improve the productivity and increase the profit.
