降低中氮造气煤耗措施探讨

摘要 从造气的生产原理、工艺流程上分析影响中氮造气煤耗的因素,并与粉煤加压气化技术、小氮工艺流程进行比较,分析中氮造气煤耗高的原因,提出了优化工艺的措施。 Factors effecting the coal cosumption of gas-making in M-sized nitrogenous fertilizer plant are discussed from the productive principle and process.Comparing with powdered coal pressuried gasification technology,as well as the one in S-sized nitrogenous fertilizer plant,the causes of high coal consumption is analyzed and measures for optimizating the process are recommended.
