摘要
利用纳米固载型杂多酸HPA/TiO2 WO3为催化剂,在微波辐射下快速合成了丁酸丁酯。实验结果显示,当微波功率为800W,催化剂用量为0 2g,醇酸比为2 6∶1,反应时间为20min,酯收率超过94%。
n-Butyl butyrate was synthesized by supported heteropolyacid catalyst HPA/TiO_2-WO_3 under microwave irradiation. The experiment show that when the power of microwave irradiation was 800 W, amount of catalyst was 0.2 g, molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 2.6/1, reaction time was 20 min, yield of the product was 94%.
