摘要
采用中华人民共和国进出口商品检验行业标准先后对湖北省出口冻煮龙虾仁中的350份样品进行沙门氏菌检测,首次发现亚利桑那菌,对生化检测过程进行了研究,并分析了污染原因。
Three of samples were detected out Arizona, when we examined Salmonellae in 350 samples of Hubei export frozen cooked crawfish tailmeat in 2002 by using the 'Method for detection of Salmonellae (including Arizona) in food for export'(SN0170-92) of Professional Standard of the People's Republic of China for Import and Export Commodity Inspection. This is the first time to discover Arizona in Hubei frozen cooked crawfish tailmeat for export.
