摘要
本文在概述国内外光辐射测量基准的发展后，展望了我国光辐射测量新基准的未来。
With a summary of domestic and foreign developments of measurement on the luminous radiation, this paper shows. the prospect of new standard of measurement of the luminous radiation in China.
