冠心Ⅱ号治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床研究

Clinical Reseach on Guan Xin Ⅱ Hao in Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque

目的观察冠心Ⅱ号治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法用舒降之、肠溶阿司匹林作为对照,服药前后记录CCAD、IMT、SV、DV、RI、PI、斑块体积和性质、血NO、SOD、MDA、CRP、血粘度和血脂的情况及头痛、头晕、眼花、健忘、乏力、失眠、血管杂音等症状和体征。结果冠心Ⅱ号治疗后,病人颈动脉斑块体积缩小或消失,总有效率为86.67%,CCAD增加,IMT变薄,SV增加,DV增加,RI减少,PI增加,NO、SOD明显升高,MDA、CRP明显下降,临床症状及体征消失或改善,与对照组相比,没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论冠心Ⅱ号治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效明显,且没有任何毒副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Guan Xin Ⅱ Hao in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods 30 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque were treated by Guan Xin Ⅱ Hao and the plaque volume, plaque quality, CCAD, IMT, SV, DV, RI, PI, NO, NOS, SOD, MDA, symptoms, signs, blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded. Results Volume of plaque reducing or disappearing, the total efficacy of Guan Xin Ⅱ Hao amounted to 86.67%, CCAD increasing, IMT thinning, SV increasing, DV increasing, RI reducing, PI increasing. Obvious rise of NO, SOD and drop of MDA, CRP. Clinical symptoms and signs disappearing or improving, there was no significant difference between these two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Guan Xin Ⅱ Hao is useful to the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, without any side effect.
