摘要
目的观察丹柏四逆颗粒剂抗炎免疫作用。方法采用小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀度实验;小鼠棉球肉芽肿实验;小鼠体内碳粒廓清功能实验;小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数实验;鸡红细胞所致小鼠溶血素抗体生成实验(比色法);DNCB所致小鼠迟发型皮肤过敏反应(DTH)(伊文思蓝比色法)实验。结果本方可抑制小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀[原药材9、18g/(kg·d),ig]和抑制小鼠棉球肉芽肿[4.5g/(kg·d),ig];各剂量组均可提高小鼠碳粒廓清功能且对小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量均无影响;可促进小鼠溶血素抗体生成[9g/(kg·d),ig]和抑制DNCB所致小鼠DTH[4.5、9g/(kg·d),ig]。结论丹柏四逆颗粒剂有一定抗炎及免疫调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sini granule with additives on anti-inflammation and immunity. Methods Adopt the tests of ear conch induced by xylene, granulation tumor, function of carbon clearance, the index of spleen and thymus gland, quantity of hemolysin antibody induced by chook red blood cells and delayed hypersensitivity skin reactivity (DTH) induced by DNCB in mice. Result This prescription shows the inhibitory actions on the swelling of ear conch [9、18g/(kg·d), ig], the growth of granulation tumor [4.5g/(kg·d), ig] and DTH induced by DNCB [4.5、9g/(kg·d), ig] in mice. It increases the function of carbon clearance [4.5、9、18g/(kg·d), ig) and the quantity of hemolysin antibody induced by chook red blood cell [9g/(kg·d)] in mice. It is no effect on the weight of spleen and thymus gland in mice. Conclusion Sini granule with additives possesses effects of anti-inflammation and regulation of immunity.
