照明工程作为一门多边科学与文化艺术有着十分密切的关系．当前环境照明在我国加快改革步伐中 有了惊人的飞速发展．本文介绍了环境照明发展的现状，主要的设计技法，环境气氛的创造，以满足环境 照明日益发展的需要．
The illuminating engineering, as a multilateral science of application, is closely related with culture and art. Nowadays, the environmental illuminating is making astonishingly rapid progress with the quick pace of Chinese reforms. In this paper are introduced the pre- sent development of environment illuminating, the main designing techniques and the cre- ation of environmental atmosphere by illuminating.
