摘要
介绍了1,3-丙二醇的几种制备方法,包括以丙烯醛为原料水合得到3-羟基丙醛,然后加氢及在合适的催化剂条件下生成1,3-丙二醇;以环氧乙烷为原料与合成气在催化剂存在下羰基化的合成方法;以葡萄糖和单糖等经微生物菌种发酵产生甘油,继而生成1,3-丙二醇,以及以甲醛、乙醛为原料的合成方法等。对这些方法进行了比较,认为环氧乙烷羰基化、氢化制备1,3-丙二醇和微生物发酵法具有一定优势,随着研究的不断深入,生物发酵法生产1,3-丙二醇具有美好的发展前景。
The several routes of production process of 1,3-Propanediol were introduced and compared, including hydration and hydrogenation of acrylaldehyde, carbonylation and hydrogenation of ethylene oxide, microbiological fermentation of monosackcharide, polysaccharide and glycerol, the process starting from methylene oxide and ethanal etc. It was considered that the processes of carbonylation and hydrogenation of acrylaldehyde and microbiological fermentation of asccharide were superior to other process routes. The preparation of fermentation of microbe is the best method along with biotechnological development.
