Managing Complex Adaptive Organization

根据复杂性科学理论 ,复杂适应组织是在动态、不确定、快速变化环境条件下能够得到较好生存和发展的一种组织形态。将企业组织建设成为复杂适应组织是现代组织变革的趋势。通过对传统组织与复杂适应组织的比较 ,根据复杂性科学研究所取得的成果 ,提出复杂适应组织建设及管理的策略 。

According to complexity science,complex adaptive organization(CAO) is one of organizations that are best surviving and developing in dynamical,unpredictable and rapid changing environment.Then,to reconstruct an organization into CAO is a tendency of organization development in the future.With the use of results of complexity science and comparison of traditional organization and CAO,the authors put out suggestion of development and strategy of management of CAO,in order to supply managers with organization change theory under complex circumstance.
