摘要
自组织理论是上个世纪形成并发展起来的一门研究复杂系统的学科 ,现已广泛地应用于物理、生物、社会、经济等领域。但是 ,将自组织理论用于企业系统的研究并不多见。分析了企业系统的性质 ,指出该系统具备形成耗散结构的条件 ,即系统具有开放性、远离平衡态、存在涨落及系统各要素之间存在非线性相互作用等特点。为了解决企业中存在的问题 ,笔者利用自组织理论 ,探讨了推动企业改革的五种途径 :建立企业自组织运行的产权机制 ;建立企业自组织运行的协同—竞争管理机制 ;建立企业自组织运行的技术创新机制 ;
Self organization theory,formed and developed in last century,is a subject that studies complex system.It has been widely applied in physics,biology,society,economy,etc.whereas,few studies with self organization theory have been found in enterprise system.The authors analyzed the enterprise system and pointed out the qualification of the system forming dissipative structure,that is,the system takes on character of opening,removed equilibrium state,fluctuate and nonlinear interaction between every element of system.In order to solve problems in enterprise,the authors discussed five approaches of reformation of enterprise by self organization theory,that is,property right mechanism,cooperation competition management mechanism,technical innovation mechanism,inspiritment restriction mechanism and flexible structure of organization in enterprise are running through self organization.
