整合素α_5β_1和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of integrin α_5β_1 and VEGF in breast cancer and its clinical significance

目的 研究整合素α5β1 及 VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义 ,以及两者之间的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学 S- P法 ,检测 5 1例乳腺癌和 10例正常乳腺组织的整合素α5β1 及 VEGF的表达情况。结果 乳腺癌中整合素α5β1 的低表达与淋巴结转移阳性、组织分化低密切相关 ;乳腺癌中 VEGF表达阳性与淋巴结转移阳性、组织分化低密切相关 ;乳腺癌中整合素α5β1 的低表达与 VEGF表达阳性密切相关。结论 整合素α5β1 的低表达 ,VEGF的阳性表达可作为早期识别具有高浸润和转移潜能的乳腺癌及判断其预后的有用指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of integrin α5β1 and VEGF and its clinical significance in breast cancer.Methods The expression of integrin α 5β 1 and VEGF was examined immunohistochemically in 51 cases of breast cancer and 10 normal breast tissues.Results The low expression of integrin α 5β 1 in breast cancer tissues was associated with the metastasis of lymph nodes and the low differentiation of the tissue. The positive expression of VEGF in breast cancer tissues was associated with the metastasis of lymph nodes and the low differentiation of the tissues. The low expression of integrin α 5β 1 was associated with the positive expression of VEGF in breast cancer tissues.Conclusion The low expression of integrin α 5β 1 and the positive expression of VEGF is a useful marker for predicting prognosis and identifying high aggressive, metastatic potential in patients with breast cancer at early stage.
