摘要
目的 :探讨精神分裂症病人便秘的相关因素 ,以便有针对性地实施护理干预 ,预防便秘的发生 ,从而增加病人的依从性。方法 :采用前瞻性研究 ,对 2 16例住院精神分裂症病人进行调查 ,并对导致便秘的相关因素进行单因素及Logistic多元回归分析。结果 :住院精神分裂症病人便秘发生率为 2 5 .93 % ;单因素分析表明病人的便秘与其年龄、性别、水果量、饮水量、蔬菜量、活动量有关 ;经Logistic回归分析显示 ,便秘与病人的年龄、蔬菜量、饮水量和活动量有关。结论 :调整病人的饮食结构 ,适当参加室内外活动 ,有利于改善病人的便秘 。
Objective:in order to carry out nursing care intervention accordingly,to prevent constipation for schizophrenia patients,and to enhance the compliance of patients,relating factors of schizophrenia patients with constipation were explored. Method:a total of 216 cases of schizophrenia inpatients were investigated prospectively.Relative factors leading to constipation of schizophrenia patients were analyzed via mono-factor and Logistic poly-regression analysis.Results:schizophre nia inpatients with constipation mainly related with their age,the amounts of vege tables they took in, the amounts of water they drank and the amounts of their daily activities. Conclusion: to adjust the diet structure of patients, to let them participate outdoor exercises, and to strengthen nursing care of them may do good to relieve their constipation and enhance their compliance of medicine-taking.
