碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞与正常皮肤成纤维细胞基因表现型的差异,以及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对其的影响。方法:测定细胞生长曲线;应用液闪计数测定成纤维细胞胶原蛋白的合成。结果:增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖速度比正常皮肤成纤维细胞慢;胶原蛋白的合成高于正常皮肤成纤维细胞。bFGF对两种成纤维细胞的增殖具有强烈的刺激作用,对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞胶原蛋白的合成具有抑制作用。结论:增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞是一种特殊基因表现型的成纤维细胞,它具有自己特殊的生物学特性。bFGF可以使增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的生物学特性趋于正常皮肤成纤维细胞。 AIM:To study the differences of the gene phenotypes between hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and normal skin fibroblasts,and to explore the influence of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on them. METHODS:The growth curve of the cells was detected,and the collagen synthetic rates were determined with liquid scintillation technology. RESULTS:Hypertrophic scar fibroblasts grew slower than normal skin fibroblasts,while the collagen synthetic rate was higher than that of the normal skin fibroblasts.bFGF stimulated the proliferation of both cells violently,and inhibited collagen synthesis of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts. CONCLUSION:The hypertrophic scar fibroblast,a different gene phenotype from the normal skin fibroblast,has special biological characteristics itself.bFGF can stabilize the biological characteristics of the hypertrophic scar fibroblasts close to the normal skin fibroblasts.
