摘要
目的 :探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法 :选择 2 5 9例慢性前列腺炎 ,其中细菌性 167例 ,非细菌性 83例 ,前列腺痛 9例。采用综合方法治疗 4周 ,比较治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状评分及前列腺常规变化 ,并分析治疗效果欠佳原因。结果 :经治疗 4周后 ,慢性前列腺炎症状评分明显减少 ,前列腺液白细胞明显减少 ,卵磷脂小体明显增加 ,治疗总有效率为 74 1%,其中细菌性为 79%,非细菌性为 67 3 %,前列腺痛为 44 4%,67例治疗无效 ,其原因主要有细菌耐药、生活无节制 ,前列腺有结石、纤维化 ,精神因素等。结论 :多种方法综合应用是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法 。
? Objective To inquire the effective treatment methods of chroic protatitis. Methods Two hundred fifty nine cases of chronic protatitis were treated by multiple methods. Results NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment. Total effective rate was 74.1%. Conclusion Mutiple methods are effective to treat chronic prostatitis.
