摘要
目的 :鉴定人表皮生长因子的真核表达载体。方法 :重组体进行限制性酶切及PCR可见目的片段。结果 :pCDDA3 .1-hEGF真核表达载体已成功构建。结论 :已成功构建hEGF真核表达载体 ,为进一步研究hEGF的功能奠定了基础。
? Objective To identify eukaryotic expression vector of human epidermal growth factor.Methods Restriction endonuclease and polymerase chain reaction were used to identify eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1-hEGF. Results The eukaryotic expression vector of human epidermal growth factor had been successfully constructed. Conclusion The successful construction of EGF will lay the foundation for future reseach.
