猫爪草胶囊治疗糖尿病并颈淋巴结结核临床分析

Analysis of the therapeutical effect of Maozhaocao Capsule on diabetics with cervical lymphonodus trberculosis

目的 :分析猫爪草胶囊治疗糖尿病并颈淋巴结结核的治疗效果及安全性。方法 :46例 2型糖尿病并颈淋巴结结核患者随机分成两组 ,对照组采用 2HRZ/4HR方案 ,治疗组在 2HRZ/4HR方案基础上加用猫爪草胶囊 ,观察期 6个月。结果 :治疗组 3个月临床治愈率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与对照组 6个月治愈率接近。无不良反应。结论 :猫爪草胶囊能缩短治疗疗程 ,改善治疗效果 ,是一种治疗糖尿病并颈淋巴结结核安全有效的方法。

? Objective To analyse the therapeutical effect and tolerability of Maozhzocao Capsule on type 2 diabetics with cervical lymphonodus tuberculosis. Methods Fofty six cases in treatment group treated with Maozhaocao Capsule 2.12g three times a day for 6 months based on 2HRZ/4HR. Results The clinical cure rate in the treatment group after 3 months treatment was significantly higher than that in the control( P <0.05), which approached that in the control after 6 months treatment. No obvious adverse drug reactions were observed. Conclusion Maozhaocao Capsule could shorten therapeutical course and improve therapeutical effect. It is an effective and safe agent for type 2 diabetics with cervical lymphonodus tuberculosis.
