摘要
用球磨法制备了纳米锌粉并在HQ-1高速摩擦磨损试验机上考察了其修复效果,结果表明纳米锌粉有明显的修复和减摩效果。影响纳米锌粉自修复性能的主要因素是转速、浓度、时间和负荷。
Nanometer zinc powder as automatic restoration additive is prepared with ball mill and its repair effect is investigated through the high speed friction and wear tester HQ -1, The result suggests that the nanometer zinc powder has the obvious effect of repairing and reducing friction coefficient. The main factors that influence repair effect of nanometer zinc powder are rotary speed, consistency, time and load.
