摘要
采用正交试验方法,对非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂及消泡剂进行了考查,评选出了性能优良的原料及优化的润滑剂配方,研制的链板润滑剂润滑性能优良、泡沫适中、抑菌性能良好,并在啤酒包装线上获得了应用,满足使用要求。
The excellent raw material and optimal formulation were determined by testing non - ionic surfactant , amphoteric surfactant, cationic surfactant, bactericide and defoamer with orthogonal method, the prepared conveyor lubricant with superior lubricity, moderate foaming and good bacteria - inhibiting performance was used in beer bottling line and satisfied the demands.
