摘要
虚拟团队作为一种新兴的知识型组织,正迫切地呼唤着与之相匹配的新型领导者出现。在总结虚拟团队领导特征的基础上,提出了一种崭新的领导者—成员关系,并着重研究了虚拟团队领导者应扮演的双重角色,即“关心任务”和“关心成员”及相应的主要职能。
As a new knowledge organization,virtual group is having an exigent call for the appearance of the new type of leader that matching it.According to the characteristics of leadership in virtual group,we advance a span-new leader-menber relations.The article also empgasizes the two important leader roles,that is 'task-ori-ented'vs.''member-oriented',and their corresponding functions.
